Don't waste time and start preparing for the exam as soon as possible. I did CFA Level 1 right after finishing a very rigorous degree in STEM, which meant that I had recently had to take hour-long exams, and the quantitative section wasn't something I had to worry about. Considering the above parameters (which you may or may not have), CFA Level 1 is technically feasible with two weeks of preparation, and I think it's definitely worth a try if you find yourself in that situation.
